These terms apply to SourceForMe, a free service operated by Fors Global FZE, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (“we”, “us”). By using the service you agree to them.

Free beta service, provided as is

SourceForMe is free while we test it. It is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It may be slow, wrong, or unavailable.

Information only

  • Results are for information only. They are not advice, an offer, or a recommendation to buy.
  • Supplier data (names, contacts, prices, stock, lead times, certifications) comes from public web sources and map listings and may be wrong or out of date. Every result shows the search date.
  • Always verify price, availability, specifications and credentials directly with the supplier before ordering or paying.
  • Appearing in results is not an endorsement of any supplier. We are not a party to any transaction between you and a supplier.
  • RFQ messages are drafts. You review and send them yourself; we do not contact suppliers for you.

Limits and changes to the service

Each visitor can run 3 searches per day (resetting at midnight, Dubai time), and the service stops when its monthly or daily budget is used. We may change, limit, suspend or stop the service, or these terms, at any time without notice.

Acceptable use

  • Use the service for genuine sourcing needs only.
  • No scraping, bots, automated or bulk querying, and no attempts to bypass the daily limit or the human check.
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe or reverse-engineer the service, and no unlawful use.
  • Do not enter confidential or personal data into the search.

We may block access for use that breaks these rules.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the service or from reliance on its results, including purchasing decisions, payments to suppliers, delays, or lost profit.

Intellectual property

The SourceForMe name, logo, design and software belong to Fors Global FZE. Supplier names and third-party content belong to their owners. You may use the results and the RFQ drafts for your own business purposes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory law says otherwise.
